1.Review from Customer "Kathyrb":

"Nice tent and easy to set up. Only has 1 door but, I can live with that. I got it more because it's light weight and would help me cut down on weight for backpacking. Has enough room for me and several other items. Kept the rain out during a storm."

2.Review from Customer "Beni":

"Nice tent. Easily packable & setup is simple. Only issue is the footprint really doesn't fit. It doesn't seem custom sized to this tent, so setup is slack around the foot. Otherwise, super smart gear storage in the ceiling area. And we went out in torrential rain on the Ozark Highlands Trail. Nonstop cold driving rain all night with zero leaks. Get that footprint figured out & we'll have a winner here!"

3.Review from Customer "SoggyCamper":

"Great tent for single adventuring. Light and fast to set up. Being able to set up the fly with the footprint then the tent under the fly has saved me a couple of times on wet trips - my companions had wet tents, I didn't. It seems fragile but has held up well for two year's. The pockets and loft are super convenient for stashing stuff. Given the weight, I sometimes wish I had the 2P version for a little more room."

4.Review from Customer "ED":

"Hi friends , i ve done several contries by bikepacking and the big agnes is the best for its design, weight and durability... Just love it!"

5.Review from Customer "kjmoz":

"I took this tent out in early spring conditions (0 degrees Celsius overnight). Poles are colour-coded, which made sorting them out effortless. I did struggle a little with the footbox area as I needed to find rocks to stake them out, seeing as I was on an outcrop. Was easily able to fit a regular wide pad inside. No issues with condensation in the tent, and the condensation that formed overnight on the outside dried very quickly in the sun. Looking forward to my next adventure with it."

6.Review from Customer "AMao":

"Got this UL 1P tent 30 days ago, the junction of the tent pole on the foot end was cracked on my 3 rd nights of use. So disappointed, fortunately, I had the duct tape to tape it up for the rest of my trip... I like the lightness of it, easy to set up. But why it cracked so easily!!"

7.Review from Customer "Connor":

"I took my Tiger Wall UL1 SL out for the first time on a three night backpacking trip and it performed wonderfully. In cooler temps I had no issues with condensation, and rain stayed where it should outside of the tent. Set up was a breeze as I was regularly the first of our group to finish setting up my tent. Finally I loved the interior space, I'm used to a two person tent so I was a little concerned about the livability of a 1 person offering but ended up being pleasantly surprised with the the amount of room in the interior (the gear lofts made storage easy so I didn't have to keep anything on the tent floor). All in all if your looking to lighten you pack weight and still have an all around great tent look no further than the Tiger Wall UL1 SL!"

8.Review from Customer "Makeda":

"This tent is lightweight, sturdy, and perfect for bikepacking. I got it to replace my last BA tent that lasted for 8 years of heavy use!"

9.Review from Customer "Kaylee":

"I broke in my new Tiger Wall UL1 last week on a five-day, four-night backpacking trip in the Ozarks, and I'm in love! The rain fly snap buckles and the color-coding on the poles, tabs, & footprint make set-up super easy, and the bin mezzanine is awesome for stowing small items. Width-wise, it perfectly fits my Nemo tensor sleeping pad (regular wide ) with just enough space at the foot for boots or small gear. Obviously your pack won't fit inside with you, but the vestibule is plenty roomy for packs and larger gear. I haven't experience it in the rain yet, but we had some pretty high winds on this trip, and I stayed cozy and secure each night. Stoked to continue taking this tent on future outdoor adventures!"

10.Review from Customer "MFred":

"I love how lightweight and packable this tent is. It's also quite spacious for a 1P tent, which is awesome. I only wish BA made a version with 2 doors. I also have the 2P Salt Creek and I created a habit of having one vestibule for my pack and the other for access. I liked that I could align the head-foot with the terrain slope and still choose the best access side. With only one door, I may end up with a tree or a bush right at my door, which is not a big deal, but I do miss the bonus of having access from both sides."

Conclusion:

In conclusion, the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 has garnered a wealth of positive feedback from those who have taken it on their journeys. From its lightweight construction to its efficient space utilization, the reviews highlight why it’s a favorite among solo backpackers. Many users emphasize that the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 not only meets their needs but often exceeds their expectations in various conditions.
