Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: PayPal and Credit card (including Visa and MasterCard). We support bank transfer payment. We support Alipay and Wechat payment. Please contact our support team.

Q: Are your payment safe?

A: Yes. We offer safe payment guarantee with 30 days full refund.

Q: What if my payment fails?

A: We will help you to get your money back to your account.

Q: Will there be a foreign transaction fee?

A: About foreign transaction fee. Due to the address and country, the customer's payment may be charged by the bank for a foreign transaction fee. 
Please note that this fee is not charged by us. We are not responsible for the cost. You can contact your credit card bank for this question. Thank you for your support.

Note: Please make sure we can contact you via your email. If the customer wants to change the order or there is a problem with the customer's order, but we do not hear back from you within three weeks, the package will be sent out according to the original order.

Credit Card Payment Discount

To thank our customers for their support, we have decided to start the credit card payment discount. If you choose to pay by credit card when you check out, you can get the discount of 2 USD. The deadline for this discount is February 20, 2022.

Payment Issues

If you fail to pay through the credit card channel, this issue is mostly caused by the bank. Please don't worry about the security of our payment. In this case, you can use the following methods to complete your payment:

1. Change another credit card for payment.
2. Pay with your PayPal account.
3. You can check whether our product are listed in Amazon. If so, you can make a purchase on Amazon.
4. Use PayPal's credit card channel for payment. ( Note: This method may do NOT need a PayPal account. The following is a tutorial)

4.Fill in credit card information and billing address

5.Fill in contact information. 
6.If you don’t want a PayPal account, you can ignore this checkbox.
7.Finally, Continue to complete the payment.
