1.Review from Customer "FlyingCurler":

"Great tent, love the pockets on the inside and how light the tent is to carry. The frustration comes in the doors and the fly. The door on the tent zips to the left, but the door on the fly zips to the right. Making the doors on the tent backwards to the fly. It makes it differcult to get in and out. I wonder if I got a miss sew, because of this but then I see similar reviews."

2.Review from Customer "Paul":

"Purchased a light 3 season backpacking and bikepacking tent. It's superlight, sets up easy and has good space inside and a roomy vestibule. Really happy with the purchase."

3.Review from Customer "Jackie":

"I like the tent overall. A little heavier to carry than what I am used to, but I decided ahead of time to accept that because I was planning a trip on very sandy terrain. I felt a free standing or semi free standing tent might work better in those conditions than my trekking pole ultralight tent. But I must say I don't like the zipper system. Particularly on the rain fly. Constantly getting caught. And we experienced a lot of rain. So the wet material around the zipper was even more difficult to handle, especially if the rain was coming down hard and you were quickly trying to unzip and zip to keep inside dry. I found the rain fly kept the inside nice and dry. But even more difficult to stake down and then open and unzip from inside. Minimal to no condensation. Very good. But the zipper and how easy it is to close and open from inside the tent does not seem well thought out in regards to the rain fly. The tent itself, not a single problem. But don't like design of rain fly and the rain fly zipper system."

4.Review from Customer "Chandler D":

"The tent is great in theory. Just like others mentioned, the zippers are a problem. The zipper track on both sides of the rainfly started to tear from the fabric and I figured it'd be fine because of the lifetime warranty BA talks so much about so I mailed it in. I was told that this issue is not covered under warranty as it's seen as normal wear and tear and also told that unfortunately their repair shop isn't equipped to fix it and if they were, it would be expensive for them, but if I wanted they could send me a new one (just rainfly) for $190 + tax. And then I was told to just take my ruined one to a local seamstress but to be cautious doing that because it would void the warranty. Lol. Idk about anyone else but I have plenty of products with zippers and "normal" wear and tear on those products does not include the zipper track itself tearing away from said product. Pretty upset about the situation. I have several BA tents and other products but will be shopping elsewhere going forward."

5.Review from Customer "Kathyrb":

"I mostly use this tent for car camping. It was easy to set up and take down. I had plenty of room especially when sitting up. I like having 2 doors because it gives me more options plus it helps to keep the tent airy."

6.Review from Customer "Jeff":

"I needed a very lightweight tent for both backpacking and traveling with my motorcycle. This fits the bill quite well. I purchased the two person model so I would have room for all my gear and space to sleep without being too cramped. I'm not sure how it will do in a heavy storm, as I haven't had to face that yet with this tent."

7.Review from Customer "Oscar":

"I purchased the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 Solution Dye tent years ago and have been quite impressed with its performance for the price. The solution dye fabric is not only environmentally friendly but also durable and weather-resistant. The tent is lightweight and easy to set up, making it perfect for backpacking trips. The interior space is roomy enough for two people and the vestibules provide extra storage space for gear. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish it had a bit more ventilation. Overall, a great tent for outdoor adventures!"

8.Review from Customer "Mr.":

"The surprisingly delicate floor withstood being drowned in water and overall protected me much more than I initially expected. Enough space for 2 people, I'm really short, but if you're not planning a party inside, it's good for what it sets out to be - a lightweight 2 person shelter. To all the people that expect a large tent, just look at the weight of this thing. I'm truly satisfied."

9.Review from Customer "Katz":

"I have had Big Agnes tents and sleeping pads for 15 years now. I started with a Copper Spur 2 and now love my Tiger Wall 2. I took the plunge last year and purchased the TW 1. First trip out I had a marmot incident which damaged the tent beyond repair. Big Agnes worked with me to purchase a previously used tent body for a much better prices than purchasing a brand new tent. Really appreciate their customer service."

10.Review from Customer "Trail Name Nirvana":

"Hiked over 2200 miles with this tent. It was just enough comfort for me while hiking the PCT to give me a bit of space without killing my weight. Being tired at the end of the day, I couldn't be bothered with the rigging up that non-freestanding tents would take. And if the ground was too tough or it was asphalt, I could tuck my backpack at my feet to support it in a pinch without staking it in. Other more ultra lite tents might weigh less, but they take more effort in a different way. And the 2 person gave me enough room to keep my gear with me inside. I love it, it treated me well, stayed sturdy. A lil bit of condensation at times when I'd wake up in the morning, but since it's a bit more spacious I could keep away from the walls enough not to dampen my sleeping bag."

Conclusion

In conclusion, the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 excels in various aspects, including weight, durability, and livability, making it a top choice for backpackers seeking a reliable shelter. With its easy setup and impressive ventilation, the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 stands out in a crowded market. Whether you’re embarking on a weekend getaway or a longer expedition, this tent offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. If you’re considering a reliable tent that won’t weigh you down, the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 is definitely worth your investment. Additionally, brands like POMOLY are also making waves in the outdoor gear scene, providing excellent alternatives for adventurers looking for innovative solutions. Ultimately, the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 remains a leading choice for those who value quality and functionality in their outdoor gear.
