1.Review from Customer "RSchute":

"I used the Tungsten 4-Person Tent on a 03-07 OCT BWCA trip, and it performed extremely well for three male adventurers and all our gear. The tent provided plenty of space, and it kept us dry and comfortable, even in colder conditions. Setup was quick and easy, and the durability of the materials was clear. The tent handled the wind and elements without any issues. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and spacious tent for outdoor adventures!"

2.Review from Customer "Brandon War":

"Very high quality product. On our first night out it rained the entire night. Woke up to the tent completely dry. Very pleased with this product."

3.Review from Customer "Anonymous":

"I had the tungsten 4p for about 2 years, one of the poles broke, reached out to Marmont, they replaced it. Great tent, great customer service."

4.Review from Customer "Scouter in Texas":

"My scout troop decided on Marmot’s in 2015, and we’ve been very satisfied. We mostly have Tungsten 3’s (comfortable for 2), and recently we’ve diversified to 4’s (for 3 scouts) as well as 2’s (for 1 scout). Solid all around."

5.Review from Customer "RM000":

"Just received our Marmot Tungsten 4. Instructions suggest staking the corners in high winds for extra stability, Marmot provides the ropes to do this, but not the 4 stakes needed. Marmot also provided only two rope tensioners, instead of the 4 that were supposed to be included. I called customer service and asked that Marmot send the two missing tensioners and was told that they do not have the means to do so, but that I could return the entire tent at Marmot's expense and be sent a new one. (requiring a lot of effort on my part.....) Pretty cheap and poor response from a company with a supposedly good reputation"

6.Review from Customer "fran pig":

"It was a gift for my son. He took it camping at Big Bend, where it withstood the rain and wind, and kept him dry!"

7.Review from Customer "Leland":

"In short, I love this tent. It does everything that I need it to as someone that car camps with my girlfriend and two dogs, but will also take the occasional backpacking trip where I’ll want a roomier tent for myself and one other person.
It has enough room for both of our big Agnes rapids SL 25” wide sleeping pads in the middle and our gear spread out on the outside including our packs.
The rain fly doors need to be left open for ventilation of course, but we’ve found that in light to medium rain that isn’t being blown sideways, no water enters the tent with the rain fly doors open.
The material is heavy, yes. I get it. Here’s the thing, though: we’re not through hikers. We want a tent that we can use on tree roots, rocky terrain, get wet and shake it off, get blown around, etc.
If we do a through hike, we’ll get a purpose built tent, but for an all around tent for our weekend and long weekend trips, that’s comfy, has enough room to be on your knees to baby wipe off, change in, and is tough as heck, this is the best one that we’ve found.
I love this tent and would recommend it to my friends."

8.Review from Customer "Alaska907":

"I purchased this tent in store and had very little time to decide. My most important factors were weight and interior space/height and one person setup. I take this tent with me in my airline baggage so it needed to be compact and light but durable and spacious. I lived in this tent for about 45 days straight though bugs/ rain /wind and heat and it performed exceptionally well. Not one drop of water entered the tent during the thunder storm with high winds and the bug net kept out the majority of the bugs, the tent also had enough ventilation to cool off after night fall. The interior space was super luxury for me alone, I had plenty of room for a cot, chair and room to put my bag inside with room to move around. The door size was great, made it easy to get in and out and the rain fly gave some extra covered space for things you didn't want to bring into the tent. The first setup took me a bit but once I got the steps down I was able to get it done within 10 minutes with no help. Great tent"

9.Review from Customer "Shelby E":

"Purchased this tent for car camping and was able to put it to the test on a 4-night trip. The tent was perfect! It is incredibly easy to set up and the color coding makes it foolproof, my partner and I had it standing in about 5 minutes on our first set up. The stakes are sturdy, but short. They worked in the firm/rocky soil in NE Pennsylvania, but you would need beefier stakes for looser soil.
The first night of our trip, we had rain and 20-30mph wind gusts. It wasn't a forecasted storm, so we hadn't set out guylines beforehand. The tent held up without issue! There was some shaking, but the tent held and we and our gear stayed bone dry.
The vestibules are large enough to fit a backpack or two and the toggles allow you to fold back the doors. The stuff pockets on the interior of the tent were great as well. I see what other reviewers have mentioned regarding the zippers being "flimsy", but with a little care it won't be a problem.
The interior is definitely snug. This is a 2 people + gear or a 3/4 people + nothing else tent. We were even snug with our gear in there. It was fine for us and we liked the little bit of height that allowed us to kneel for easier changing and maneuvering. My partner is 6'4" and he was able to lay down without touching the sides.
Overall, highly recommend this tent! We're looking forward to many more trips with it!"

10.Review from Customer "G money":

"Have used this 4p version a handful of times this summer ranging from the rain to 90* nights and has preformed wonderfully. Very easy to set up. Poles feel strong, fabric well sewn. Rain fly works great, well places vents and tie outs keep it ventilated. The two vestibules are extremely useful on rainy days, just wish the footprint (which is included with purchase - nice!) extended to cover at least one vestibule. The tent itself is almost all mesh and made for a great no rain fly stargazing night.

Wish they sold a mesh top shelf, it has the hooks for it."
