So, let's get started and explore what makes the North Face Wawona 4 stand out from the rest.

1.Review from Customer "Ham":

"I live in the Pacific Northwest and am an experienced camper and backpacker. My wife and I wanted a larger tent to use for occasional car camping that was simple, well-built, and spacious. The North Face Wawona 4 has turned out to be an outstanding tent for this purpose.
Setup is extremely easy and takes under 5 minutes. There are only three poles, and they are color coded for easy setup. The trick is to get both of the main poles fully through the sleeves while the tent is flat **before** inserting the ends of the poles into the corner grommets of the tent. Just get both poles through the sleeves to form an "X" over the flat tent, then insert pole ends into the grommets. The third pole for the large screen door goes in last, and arcs over the two main poles. The rain fly is also super simple to install, and the attachment points are color coded to correspond with where they go on the tent.
As for the experience of using the tent, I love it. With walls that are fairly vertical (compared to other tents), the interior is very spacious. I'm 5'11" and can easily stand fully upright in the middle of the tent and not hit my head. This makes changing clothes so, so nice. There are plenty of wall pockets for stowing your items, and lots of loop hooks for hanging lights, etc. We just got back from a weekend trip where it rained both nights, and not a single drop of water got in the tent. With two people inside, there is so much space that it feels like you're in a palace. Three people would still be very comfortable. Four people is easily doable but there will be less room to spread out.
On the whole, if you want a 4-person tent that is dead-simple to put up and take down and keeps you dry, the North Face Wawona 4 is an outstanding choice. It exceeded my expectations and now I want to go car camping more."

2.Review from Customer "Richardson95":

"We were looking for a tent for two that was high quality, relatively easy to set up, and was tall enough to stand up in. And this tent is all that and more! We've set it up twice now. We did a test run in our back yard and just got back from our first camping trip with it. It is a little tricky to set up. The poles are tight. We needed to refer to you tube. The second time was easier. You need the rain fly for privacy, but you can vent it for air. The front porch area is nice. There was enough room for two foam pads and sleeping bags plus our stuff. I love all the little pockets in the sides. Nice to have the ground tarp come with it. We were camping in nice weather, so I'm not sure how it would hold up in heavy rain or wind. Looking forward to using it again in a couple weeks!
pros: well made, quality materials, roomy interior, convenient front porch, lots of inside pockets, tall enough to stand up inside, comes with ground tarp
cons: poles are very tight - hard to get into grommets, carry bag has a draw string and not a zipper, set up directions not clear - had to look it up on you tube, need rain fly if you want privacy"

3.Review from Customer "Kristine":

"The very first time we used this tent, a "40% chance of rain" turned into a sudden downpour. We were cozy and dry inside, and the rainfly vestibule also kept our gear dry as we frantically scrambled to rescue our gear and dinner from the elements.
This tent is also roomy, and at 5'5", I can stand up in the center without ducking. There is plenty of space for people and gear, with ample convenient pockets.
The tent is also surprisingly easy to set up, but probably requires two people due to the height (especially if using the rainfly).
The only word of wisdom - zip and unzip the rainfly with caution so that the zipper doesn't catch on the fabric."

4.Review from Customer "Tim Clarke":

"Excellent 4 man tent. Big enough for a queen sized air mattress if you want but there won't be much room around it. Reasonable for an experienced camper to set up and tear down alone. It's really nice that at 6'2" I can stand up in the center and don't have to stoop much to get into it. The only flaw that I have found so far is the mesh pockets above the rear door. They are anchored into the outer mesh between the two pockets and it is easy to tear at that point if you are the tiniest bit too enthusiastic getting things out of them or if you put something too heavy in there. I doubled up a mesh patch there on the inside and outside and will not use those pockets again. Other than that, I expect this tent to last a very long time."

5.Review from Customer "EllaBella":

"After 25 years with my North Face Cirrus, no longer waterproof and having replaced the shock cords myself (less than adequate job) it was time for a new one. It didnt occur to me how big this would be if i could stand up in it. Very spacious. Excellent. Putting it up as a single woman of 5’4” required me to get creative to get the rain fly on but i figured that out. I wrapped up a hiking pole on the front and heaved it over. Excellent tent. Lots if bells and whistles. Other than rain fly very easy to put up. Highly recommend. Bring a buddy."

6.Review from Customer "Colton":

"The tent was extremely well made. We camped in a storm and it held up incredibly well. With cheaper tents, I have woken up to water on my face during rain - with this tent we were completely dry. Seemed appropriate for both cold and warm weather. I'm 6'2 and could stand with comfort as well. This tent is well worth the money!!"

7.Review from Customer "Alyssa":

"The mesh is very lime green and interferes with the view of outside when you don’t want to use the rain fly. The mesh of the windows is on the inside so you have to get out of the tent to completely seal up the tent (inconvenient when it starts to pour fast and out of nowhere). However, the set up is easy and I could do it by myself and I’m 5’4. The height of the tent is perfect as my husband is 6’1 and had no issues. I’m ultimately returning for the REI Wonderland 4 due to the few inconveniences I mentioned above. I also want to note that the longest pole came bent. I wouldn’t have questioned it had a friend of mine told me theirs didn’t come bent like that."

8.Review from Customer "Aarav":

"Great product, only issue is it’s a bit difficult for new campers like me to setup. Clear and proper instructions needed and therefore giving it 4 out of 5 rating. It is sturdy and is worth buying."

9.Review from Customer "Ann Marie Griffith":

"This tent is a great buy. I spent 6 nights in the colorado Rockies in it. Every night we had torrential downpours with 60 mile an hour gust, lightning and thunder. I remained dry and happy in this tent. I love that I can stand up inside. Glad I purchased it."

10.Review from Customer "gary":

"This tent is sized for 2 people and gear. You can place a queen airbed in and still have room on both sides. strong materials and workmanship noted on this unit :). Handled a summer storm with no issues at all."

In conclusion, the North Face Wawona 4 has proven to be a reliable and versatile tent through the experiences of numerous satisfied buyers. Whether it's the robust construction, ease of setup, or spacious interior, the North Face Wawona 4 consistently receives high praise.
